- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, diced mango, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Once cooked, top Mahi Mahi with the mango lime butter.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For added heat, consider adding diced jalapeño to the mango butter. Substitute lime juice with lemon juice if needed.
