Description

A vibrant dish combining flaky Mahi Mahi with a sweet and tangy mango lime butter, reminiscent of sunny beach barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, diced mango, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Once cooked, top Mahi Mahi with the mango lime butter.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For added heat, consider adding diced jalapeño to the mango butter. Substitute lime juice with lemon juice if needed.
