Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the salmon: Generously season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Sear the salmon: Sear the salmon in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Set aside the salmon: Remove the salmon and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Create the sauce: Add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and Parmesan to the skillet, stirring until sauce thickens slightly.
