Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the garlic mixture all over the beef tenderloin, ensuring every inch is coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the seared beef to a roasting pan and place it in the oven.
- Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the tenderloin before slicing.
