Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the garlic mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the coated chicken thighs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the cheese for the last 2 minutes of baking. Use skinless thighs if preferred. Feel free to customize cheese and add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
