Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup sweet corn (canned or grilled)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded cabbage and sweet corn in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and corn mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Toss everything together until well-coated.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve chilled as a side dish.
Notes
For extra smokiness, use grilled corn instead of canned. This dish can be made a few hours ahead for best flavor.
