Description

Transform your mornings with these delicious Mini Breakfast Sandwich Sliders featuring Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, scrambled eggs, ham, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1012 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the slab of Hawaiian rolls by slicing it in half horizontally.
  3. Cook the eggs with milk in a skillet over medium-low heat until just set.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked eggs on the rolls, followed by ham and cheese.
  5. Prepare the topping with melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder.
  6. Pour the butter mixture over the assembled sliders and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
  7. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders and serve warm.
