- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 12 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
- 10–12 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the slab of Hawaiian rolls by slicing it in half horizontally.
- Cook the eggs with milk in a skillet over medium-low heat until just set.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked eggs on the rolls, followed by ham and cheese.
- Prepare the topping with melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder.
- Pour the butter mixture over the assembled sliders and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
- Bake covered for 20-25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders and serve warm.
