Description
A sweet and sticky homemade banana jam infused with lime and cinnamon, perfect for spreading on toast or pancakes.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the lime juice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to the pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture starts to thicken (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Can freeze in ice cube trays.
