Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, fresh spinach, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and a layer of crispy fried onions.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes
