- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, fresh spinach, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and a layer of crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes
For best texture, cook spaghetti al dente. You can substitute spinach with kale or Swiss chard. The dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
