Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned and tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese and grated Parmesan until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture in the center of each puff pastry piece.
- Fold and pinch the edges of the pastry to seal the filling inside.
- Arrange tarts on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
