- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining crust, cream cheese mixture, and cherry filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier blending. Consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
