Description

A nostalgic dessert with creamy layers, buttery crust, and a cherry topping that takes you back to childhood memories.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
  5. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining crust, cream cheese mixture, and cherry filling.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier blending. Consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
