Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Pour in beef broth and add egg noodles, then cover and simmer.
  5. Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
