Description

A comforting and hearty dish combining the flavors of cheeseburgers and creamy macaroni and cheese, all made in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, ketchup, and mustard. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cover the pot. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, try using a mix of cheeses or adding vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
