- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, ketchup, and mustard. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover the pot. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
