- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
