- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chili honey
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.
- Mix in the dried oregano and black pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the dough, then roll it up, folding in the sides to seal.
- Repeat until all the filling is used, placing the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Ensure phyllo dough is fully thawed and cover unused sheets with a damp towel to prevent drying out.
