- Hollandaise sauce (for serving)

Instructions
- Grease a large baking dish with butter or cooking spray and layer the split English muffins cut side up.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the English muffins and ensure they are well soaked.
