Description

A nutritious and customizable breakfast that combines rolled oats, fresh raspberries, and chia seeds, prepared the night before for convenience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Pour in the milk and add the yogurt if using. Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, then stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats, add more milk if desired, and top with additional raspberries or your favorite toppings.

Notes

These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. For creamier oats, consider using a mix of milk and yogurt.
