- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and blueberries. Gently toss the fruits and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the prepared fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm, possibly with ice cream.
Notes
For added crunch, mix in pecans or walnuts to the oat mixture. Serve alongside vanilla ice cream for a delightful experience.
