Description

A comforting blend of sweet peaches and tart blueberries under a golden, crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and blueberries. Gently toss the fruits and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the prepared fruit.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm, possibly with ice cream.

Notes

For added crunch, mix in pecans or walnuts to the oat mixture. Serve alongside vanilla ice cream for a delightful experience.
