A simple yet irresistibly delicious homemade peach jam bursting with the natural sweetness of fresh peaches and a bright hint of lemon.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of peaches, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 packet of pectin
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- Combine the chopped peaches, lemon juice, and water in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Stir in the sugar and pectin until fully dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to boil for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
- Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch of headspace.
- Wipe the rims of the jars clean, seal tightly, and process in a water bath canner for 5-10 minutes.
- Cool completely before storing.
Notes
Choose ripe yet firm peaches for the best flavor. Always sterilize jars before canning.
