Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by carefully dicing the ripe peaches and mango.
  2. Next, take your red onion and chop it finely.
  3. For a bit of heat, mince your jalapeño and remember to remove the seeds.
  4. Chop your fresh cilantro for added flavor.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the diced peaches, mango, red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruit mix and toss gently.
  7. Place the salsa in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
