Description

Delicious, crispy fried chicken wings soaked in buttermilk for ultimate flavor and tenderness, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Remove wings from buttermilk, let excess drip off, and coat in the flour mixture.
  5. Fry the wings in hot oil for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
