Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and milk to the cream mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the batter.
- Drizzle the melted butter and vanilla extract over the top.
