Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  5. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Gently pour the batter over the arranged plums in the pan.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate to serve warm.
