A cozy twist on the classic tiramisu, infused with pumpkin and spices, perfect for autumn gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in brewed coffee and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pumpkin mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
Ensure the cream is very cold for better whipping. Use fresh pumpkin puree for a deeper flavor.
