Description

A cozy twist on the classic tiramisu, infused with pumpkin and spices, perfect for autumn gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in brewed coffee and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pumpkin mixture on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

Ensure the cream is very cold for better whipping. Use fresh pumpkin puree for a deeper flavor.
