- 2 medium-sized lemons (zest and juice)
- 2 tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper

- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (or 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and lay them on a clean cutting board.
- Zest and Juice the Lemons: Wash the lemons, zest them, and juice them to get about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of juice.
- Make the Lemon Pepper Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Season the Fish: Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of the fish fillets and press it in gently.
- Melt the Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter (or heat olive oil).
- Cook the Fish: Place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet, pour lemon juice over them, and cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve Immediately: Remove from the skillet and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
