- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Cream, cold

Instructions
- Prepare the mangoes by peeling and dicing them into small pieces.
- Blend the mangoes, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and cardamom powder until smooth.
- Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Combine the mango mixture with the whipped cream, folding gently to keep air in.
- Freeze the mixture in an airtight container for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Scoop and serve the ice cream, allowing it to soften for a few minutes first.
Notes
For best results, use the ripest mangoes and ensure the heavy cream is cold before whipping. You can substitute cardamom with vanilla extract if preferred.
