- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Create the cookie crust: Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread half of the pudding over the cookie crust.
- Add whipped topping: Layer half of the whipped topping over the pudding, followed by half of the raspberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, whipped topping, and raspberries.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
For a unique twist, try substituting chocolate pudding mix with vanilla or add layers of fresh strawberries or blueberries.
