Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of rich chocolate and fresh raspberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Create the cookie crust: Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding: In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread half of the pudding over the cookie crust.
  3. Add whipped topping: Layer half of the whipped topping over the pudding, followed by half of the raspberries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, whipped topping, and raspberries.
  5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For a unique twist, try substituting chocolate pudding mix with vanilla or add layers of fresh strawberries or blueberries.
