Description

Delightful bites of flaky puff pastry filled with a creamy raspberry and cream cheese mixture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and raspberries in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with the egg wash (egg mixed with milk).
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These bites pair well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and can be dusted with powdered sugar before serving.
