Delightful bites of flaky puff pastry filled with a creamy raspberry and cream cheese mixture, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and raspberries in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash (egg mixed with milk).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bites pair well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and can be dusted with powdered sugar before serving.
