Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftover casserole can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
