Description

A warm and comforting casserole packed with rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, and melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftover casserole can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
