Delicious and cozy Salted Caramel Apple Crumble Bars, combining tart apples with sweet caramel and a buttery crumble topping, perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3 cups of sliced apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
- 1 cup of salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
- Stir in the melted butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Layer the sliced apples generously over the crust and drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the apple layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into bars.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
