- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
- Combine the cooked pasta, crab meat, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and celery in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Dress the salad by pouring the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Use high-quality crab meat for enhanced flavor. Greek yogurt can substitute mayonnaise for a lighter version.
