- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
