Description

Creamy yet light Sesame Peanut Noodles infused with flavor and topped with crunchy sesame seeds and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Combine the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
