A simple and delicious Sheet Pan Lasagna that serves a crowd with layers of flavor and convenience.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your sheet pan.
- Layer with 4 lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the sautéed meat, and a third of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers for a second round.
- Finish with the remaining noodles, cover with marinara sauce, the rest of the mozzarella, and the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
