Instructions
- Combine the diced chicken, corn, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, chopped carrots, and chicken broth in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to elevate the flavors.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving to make the chowder creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with parsley before serving.
