Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

  1. Combine the diced chicken, corn, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, chopped carrots, and chicken broth in your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to elevate the flavors.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving to make the chowder creamy.
