Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs oxtail
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the oxtail generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brown the oxtail on all sides, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  4. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until softened.
  5. Add the onion and garlic mixture to the slow cooker with the oxtail.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the oxtail is tender.
