Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

- Stir in the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
