Description

Delicious crostini topped with velvety egg mousse and smoked salmon, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs.
  4. Stir in the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the egg mousse mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
