Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 ounces of smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat up the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in your sliced sausage and allow it to cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and smoked paprika, cooking for another minute.
  4. Next, add the chopped cabbage and shrimp to the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper generously.
  6. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the cabbage is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Serve hot right from the skillet.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
