Description
A delicious S’mores Cheesecake that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the classic flavors of s’mores for an indulgent dessert.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings or drizzle for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/3 cup sugar until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread it on top. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
