Description

Delightful macarons with the nostalgic flavors of s’mores, featuring chocolate ganache and marshmallow fluff.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the almond flour and powdered sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy and gradually add granulated sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until fully combined.
  5. Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet and let them rest for 30-60 minutes until a skin forms.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache on one shell, add marshmallow fluff, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, and sandwich with another shell.
  8. Let the assembled macarons mature in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
