- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift together the almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy and gradually add granulated sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until fully combined.
- Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet and let them rest for 30-60 minutes until a skin forms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache on one shell, add marshmallow fluff, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, and sandwich with another shell.
- Let the assembled macarons mature in the fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
