- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Butter or oil for cooking
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined and frothy.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are fully coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter or oil.
- Carefully place the soaked bread slices in the hot skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the slices from the skillet and top with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Transfer the topped toast under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the marshmallows are toasted to a golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
Notes
For best texture, use day-old bread. You can prepare the egg mixture the night before for convenience.
