- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a bowl until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold the melted white chocolate cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Pour the white chocolate filling into the pre-made tart shell and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top the tart with freshly sliced strawberries and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
