Description

A delightful tart featuring creamy white chocolate and fresh strawberries, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a bowl until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold the melted white chocolate cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour the white chocolate filling into the pre-made tart shell and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Top the tart with freshly sliced strawberries and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
