Description

A warm and comforting casserole blending fresh spinach, artichokes, juicy tomatoes, and a creamy cheese mix, ideal for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing the casserole dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
