- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing the casserole dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Optionally, sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
