A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring a toasted bagel filled with savory steak, a fluffy egg, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bagel
  • 4 oz cooked steak, sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel until it’s golden brown.
  2. In a pan, heat a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat.
  3. Crack the egg into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness.
  4. Once toasted, lay the sliced steak on one half of the bagel.
  5. Place the cooked egg on top of the steak, and layer with your choice of cheese.
  6. Top with the other half of the bagel, press down gently, and enjoy your sandwich.

Notes

For variations, try different cheeses or add sautéed mushrooms for a healthier option.
