- 4 oz cooked steak, sliced
- 1 large egg
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Toast the bagel until it’s golden brown.
- In a pan, heat a small amount of butter or oil over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your preferred doneness.
- Once toasted, lay the sliced steak on one half of the bagel.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the steak, and layer with your choice of cheese.
- Top with the other half of the bagel, press down gently, and enjoy your sandwich.
