- 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or any preferred type)
- 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the beef slices in the pan until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for an additional 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and beef broth in a small bowl; pour this mixture into the pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer.
- Combine the cooked noodles into the pan and toss to coat.
- Heat everything through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze portions for up to 2 months.
