Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the sausage and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using) and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.
- Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.

Notes
For added flavor, consider adding sliced bell peppers or broccoli with the sausage. Whole wheat pasta can be used for a healthier option.
