Description

Delightful stuffed Peppadew peppers filled with creamy cheese and fresh herbs, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • Peppadew peppers
  • Cream cheese
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until everything is well mixed and creamy.
  3. Carefully stuff each Peppadew pepper with your rich cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake the stuffed peppers for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving warm.
