Description

A delightful fusion of buttery sugar cookie crust and creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar cookie dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. <liGradually add the sugar, beating until fluffy.

  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  7. Stir in the sour cream until fully combined.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
  10. Allow to cool and refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
