Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (plus more for the pan)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with lingonberry jam, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
