- 1/4 cup Water

- Optional Garnishes: Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Prepare the carrots by washing and peeling them, then slice into uniform rounds.
- Sauté the carrots in melted butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add water to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and let the carrots steam for 10-15 minutes.
- Glaze the carrots with honey, cooking until the glaze thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or nuts if desired.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute butter with olive oil.
