  • Optional Garnishes: Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the carrots by washing and peeling them, then slice into uniform rounds.
  2. Sauté the carrots in melted butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add water to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and let the carrots steam for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Glaze the carrots with honey, cooking until the glaze thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or nuts if desired.
