- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
