- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mango glaze
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
- Mix together the mango glaze, soy sauce, minced ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
- Bake the chicken in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it, cooking for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Sear the chicken in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, then add the glaze and cook until done.
- Garnish your chicken with green onions and sesame seeds just before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken in glaze for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with jasmine rice or quinoa to soak up excess glaze.
